I downloaded the Nik Software collection. It's pretty powerful and versatile from what I can see so far. One caveat; if you want to keep an unedited copy of a photo, you'll need to make a copy to edit as the software doesn't prompt you to save an edited copy. Otherwise, you'll wind up editing the original.
