Help! - Shackles twisting

My thoughts are center pin broke OR frame is bent -- needs to go on frame alignment rack.

Cross measure front axle to back. Pick some repeatable points on both sides of both axles. See how square front and rear are to eachother.

Some numbers to chew on. Am definitely going to YJ pax and likely a rear pan hard bar.

You seem to have a poo sandwich there with those numbers. I’d suggest starting with a frame shop that can locate the factory measurements and tell you if you have pretzeled something that measures close but it’s far enough out to fubar your axle locations.

Unbolt the springs from the shackles and frame mounts measure to see if both springs set on the axle perch square and measure the same.
If they do swap the springs side to side.

Evidence points to the front 2” CJ pax and one is poor, other close behind. Before dig back into rear pax we will get front dialed in. Going with 2.5” YJ pax in front with hardware from WFO. Today smashing the pax to find under load measurements for correct shackle hangers. Old front pax were AFU.
