Been Chipping away on this the pass 6 months, been traveling and procastinating alot.

Finished the install on gears and lockers on both axles, everything went smooth had alot of fun with the D60 but I stupidly got mixed up on the sterling and went backwards on my pattern plus other problems.. any ways that took longer than expected haha.

Started the swap last night. I am starting with the rear since I still want to test fit everything with all the modifications I have done on lengthing the axle. So far everyting fits up perfect ! Going to install rear long arms next. Exciting times !

Nice clearance at full stuff with the gas tank.
Wranglers make it look so easy.

That’s because he re-tubed the rear axle… jk gas tanks normally hit one ton rears ends and require either a sledge to the gas tank or some custom work.

Definitely a tight squeeze still but looking clean!

Ah yes. He moved the diff. I remember that.
