The 1000+ acre private play ranch near Loyalton was recently sold. Escrow is to close soon, however, there is one last blow-out hoo-haw scheduled for July 9-10, 2005. All snow is gone and the many exciting trails await discovery and the Gas Gulch Challenge awaits the brave...

Many are going and plan to spend the night Saturday--

All are welcome!

dream on, mike-- along w/ the rest of us. We've blazed miles of trail thru the property, from mild to 5+++ wild and the buyers will likely develop it into McMansions-- so now is the last time to boonie bounce to ur hearts content. No tread lightly required here!

sure. trhere will likely be a caravan from reno on sat. the 9th. We usually stage out of Bordertown casino, on 395 north near cold springs. watch for announcements. Some will be going up there friday, some sat., but the official caravan is sat morning, like 9 am or so.

this world class wheeling on private lands-- soon to be lost forever-- so go while u still can.

the general location is about 2 miles south of loyalton, ca.

stay tuned-- details to follow soon.

its a go!

I offered to caravan saturday, but no takers, so i'm headed up to the ranch tonight w/ the quads, etc. You all know how to get there... ur welcome to visit anytime this w/e-- lots of COOL trails and camping in the trees w/ view of sierra valley. only rule is each rig on property must have a fire extinguisher.

bring food/drink, camp gear, whatever... and see y'all there- since it was recenty sold, this is ur last chance to run Gas Gulch, Daves Fjord and other neat trails.

last winter we only made it -barely- to the camp ground-- now that its dry, u can explore the entire trail network. it'll be fun!!

we'll be locking the gates on way out sunday afternoon, then come home via sardine valley and a quick stop at bear valley loop to finalize plans for next weekend which is Run-A-Muck!
