Well it helps if your in a vehicle that won't crush like a soda can of it rolls

But yes always wear your seatbelt.

Same thing happened to a group out near moon rocks about 6 months ago, passenger was thrown in a rollover at less than 2 mph, and the vehicle rolled on him and killed him almost instantly, he was even wearing some sort of helmet. ALWAYS WEAR YOUR SEATBELT NO MATTER WHAT!
