Little room left for storage. Orher stuff. 32 g last not long. Was wanting tunes for camping
Get a tablet that doesn't suck. You can buy a name brand 128GB class 10 micro sdxc card for like $30 on Amazon. Save all the junk you want on there. I have 34GB of MP3s on my phone which is like over 7 days worth of audio. Fire tablets are only like $50 and will take sdxc cards.

Or just delete the gay porn that Apple preinstalls for all the hipsters that use their products.

Thread revival. Camp season is here. Still have not cornered way to get music onto ipad. Already pay for pandora so hesitant to buy another service. Sucks to be beyond data coverage and no tunes. Or on trail with pandora quickly eats up data and get the dreaded warning out of plan. No room for a deck in rig.

Mark, I’d suggest trying to clean out everything you no longer use on that iPad. Go to Settings-General-Usage (or could be iPhone storage on newer iOS) to see what apps and items take up the most space on your iPad.

With Pandora Premium/Plus you should be able to enable offline listening and it’ll allow you to download playlists for when you have no cell service. If you can free up .5-1gb of space you should be able to download quite a bit of music

Have pandora plus and already looked into that but... according to their site:

“Currently, Offline Listening is not available for iPads.”

Also looked into Anazon Prime but seems cumbersome with many restrictions. This device is stripped down to the bare bones and no room to even download the spotify app itself which requires 64 mb. So the hunt goes on...

Drop Pandora, buy a Spotify acct. Download almost any album you can think of for offline listening. You only have to reconnect every few weeks for it to determine your account status.

Also, what IOS version are you on? Is your iPad updated to the current latest? With the new IOS version you can delete various factory apps such as garage band and others that you may not use. That would free up around 700MB alone.

Don't be cheap. Ditch Pandora. Pay Apple music $10 a month, download the entire music universe on any Apple device. I've used it for a while now, I've got hundreds of songs downloaded on my phone, no need to be online. Beats the hell out of XM, too.
